Corpus Christi Church, part of the Archdiocese of Chicago, has built its legacy serving the Bronzeville community through years of change and struggle.
Corpus Christi thrives on the solid foundation of faithfully proclaiming the good news of the Gospel to those who call it home, now and for generations in the years to come.
Our Mission:
We, the faith community of Corpus Christi Church, believe that God, the source of life, has graced us through our Lord Jesus Christ, who stands as a living example for us to follow our daily lives. We believe that we are called by the Holy Spirit to build up the Body of Christ, to be united in a common bond as a people who proclaim the Good News of salvation and who share God's love by ministering to others.
